I just wanted to post some totals today, since yes, I have been writing. No, not blogging. And I apologize. I will continue the gothic reviews tomorrow.
I didn't make my goal of 60,000 words by tomorrow's RWA Chapter meeting, but hey, it was a mighty hefty goal.
I'll live and move forward.

It was a huge goal and you worked toward it, even if you didn't quite make it. You are writing, and that is what's most important. We set arbitrary goals and then feel disappointed if we don't meet them but the reality is that if you are still writing, you ARE meeting your goals. I'm so proud of you, you are an inspiration.
And I am so darned mad to miss the meeting today. The speaker sounds awesome. You have to tell me how it goes and when the July meeting is so I can make sure there is no conflict that day. I'm so sad. Maybe next month we can meet for coffee or something before the meeting?
